Workout length for the free classes ranges from 25-40 minutes

Equipment: For the free classes I recommend having Dumbbells (ideally a light set 3-5lbs & medium set 8-15lbs), a resistance band, pilates ball, and ankle weights. However you can also complete these workouts bodyweight or with dumbbells only!
