Access to 7 classes, thoughtfully curated by Coach Coco to give you an idea of how a week of workouts look at Fit with Coco. Please note the trial classes are intermediate level, so if they feel too challenging then my Beginner Programs will be perfect for you! I have a range of beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs/challenges on the platform so there is something for everyone!
Workout length: 30-45 minutes
Daily step goal: 7k-10k steps
Equipment: Dumbbells - I recommend a light set (3-5lbs), medium set (8-15lbs), & heavy set (15-35lbs) for my members, but you can complete the free trial with one or two sets if needed, and I also recommend a resistance band, a bench, and a foam roller (36") especially if you decide to become a member!
