These videos do not have music playing in the background, and you have the option to play Spotify or Apple Music! I’ve linked the playlists in each class description or you can play any music you’d like! Please make sure your Fit with Coco app is up to date in the App Store.
This is a great option for those using the Fit with Coco mobile app or for anyone that prefers to workout with no music! If you use the website to access your workouts, click onto the workout(s) below and then click onto the Spotify playlist in each workout description, and the Spotify playlist should open in a new tab!
This week's workouts are the week 3 workouts for 2025 TRANSFORM CHALLENGE! Learn more about Transform here. You can also access the workouts from the Calendar tab, which gives you the option to mark your workouts complete each day!
Equipment needed for this week: Dumbbells (light set 1-5lbs, medium set 8-15lbs, and a heavy set anywhere from 15-45lbs), 36inch foam roller, bench, resistance band (optional), and 2-3lb ankle weights (optional)!
⭐️ Introducing STARRED workouts! You will see a star icon next to some of the workouts each week. This is for any weeks where you’re only able to prioritize 3-4 workouts, the starred workouts are the ones I recommend prioritizing if you’re not able to do them all! Remember just because there’s 6 workouts scheduled each week does not mean you’re failing if you’re not able to do them all!! Showing up is always better than not showing up, whether it’s once a week, 3 times a week, or 6 times a week - you are choosing to show up when you can and that’s all that matters!!!
