Workout length for the free classes ranges from 15-30 minutes
Daily step goal: 7k-10k steps
Equipment: For the free classes I recommend having Dumbbells (ideally a light set 3-5lbs & medium set 8-15lbs), a resistance band, a bench, and a foam roller (36"). However you can also complete these workouts bodyweight or with dumbbells only!
You will have access to 8 classes in this free bundle, but it will not give you access to any programs/challenges or anything else on the platform. You will find the free classes under the "My Library" section once you're signed up and logged in. I hope you love these classes!
