Since launching the Fit with Coco platform in 2019, my mission has been to empower others to live their healthiest, strongest, and most confident life. At Fit with Coco, we combine Strength x Pilates workouts with comprehensive nutrition guides and meal plans, created for every Strength x Pilates program & challenge. As a member you will become a part of an incredible community of amazing people all over the world showing up and chasing strong together every single day. I am here to inspire you to become the strongest version of yourself inside and out, with healthy and sustainable habits.

We follow a 3-2-1 Strength x Pilates training method, so no matter what program or challenge you're following, we complete 3 days of strength training, 2 days of pilates, and 1 day of core & mobility. The transformative blend of low impact strength & pilates workouts empowers us to build muscle, drop fat, increase energy, and improve our overall body composition.
