This is a 6-week intermediate-to-advanced challenge built around a simple truth: the most dramatic transformations happen when you build muscle and shed fat at the same time.

Using my signature 3-2-1 Method, we combine strength training and Pilates to build strong, lean, sculpted bodies while improving cardiovascular health, strengthening your deep core, and creating full body definition. The focus: a full-body shred, sculpted abs, and defined legs. Workouts build in intensity week over week so your body is always being challenged, never plateauing.

What equipment do I need for this program?

All you need to get started is a non-slip mat and dumbbells - ideally a light, medium, and heavy set, typically anywhere from 5-40 lbs depending on your fitness level. A great starting set is 5lbs, 10lbs, and 15lbs. Optional equipment includes bands, ankle weights, a bench, Pilates ball, and sliders, but all workouts can still be completed without them. Traveling or don't have access to equipment? You can still get an incredible full body workout with minimal to no equipment, including bodyweight only options. We believe effective workouts don't have to be complicated. Simply show up and press play with whatever you have available on any given day!

What level is this program?

Summer Shred is an intermediate to advanced program. Each workout includes options to adjust the intensity so you can move in a way that feels best for your body, whether that means lighter weights, heavier weights, or modified movements.

How long are the workouts?

Most challenge workouts are 35-45 minutes. Each week includes 6 programmed workouts plus one recovery-focused mobility, stretch, or reset class.
