Our mission is to make fitness accessible and achievable for everyone, no matter where they are in life. Fit with Coco was created so anyone can build their dream body and feel their strongest self anytime, anywhere, and in any stage of life with minimal equipment and maximum support.

The 3-2-1 Method

At Fit with Coco, you’ll train using a balanced mix of strength, pilates, and low-impact cardio to build lean muscle, increase energy, and stay consistent, all without burning out. Coco created the 3-2-1 Method — three strength days, two pilates sessions, and one low-impact cardio workout each week — to keep your body challenged, your deep core on fire, and your results sustainable.

These sessions focus on precise, controlled movements that target stabilizing muscles and improve deep core strength. Expect a mix of mat-based flows, alignment work, and mobility exercises that build a strong foundation without strain. Each class supports better posture, improved balance, and deep core strength over time.

Courteney’s Mission

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up as an elite gymnast, but everything changed after a traumatic ski accident in high school left me temporarily paralyzed. Relearning how to walk taught me the meaning of strength, resilience, and gratitude for what our bodies can do. With the help of dedicated trainers and physical therapists, I found a new appreciation for movement and promised never to take it for granted again.

After college, I began training friends and sorority sisters, which led to a career as a fitness model for brands like Nike and Adidas. But something was missing, and I was chasing workouts that left me drained instead of energized. That’s when Fit with Coco was born. I took everything I’d learned from strength training and pilates to create my signature 3-2-1 Method, helping women feel strong, confident, and capable without burning out. My mission is simple: to make fitness accessible, sustainable, and empowering so every woman can feel her strongest self for life.
