“What 1.5 years of consistent coco workouts and clean eating have done for me!!! I also stopped drinking alcohol a year ago and I walk 10k steps a day but I think it has been a combination of everything!! “I think we don’t realize all the progress we’ve made sometimes. I actually put these black bikini bottoms on this morning but they’re actually too big now. The first pic is from September of 2022 vs. today. I started Coco’s program July 31, 2023 after loving the 7-day free trial. I am amazed at what consistency can do. My diet is not near perfect but I show up every day and do the workouts, eat my protein, drink my water and get my steps in. Consistency is key! I love this program!”
