Yes! We offer a free 7-day trial with no credit card required, that gives you access to 7 intermediate-level classes programmed by Coach Coco. These workouts are designed to give you a true feel for what a week of training with Fit with Coco looks like, using Coach Coco's signature method that blends strength training with Pilates for results you can feel. You can sign up for the free trial here.
Dumbbells (ideally a light set ranging from 1-5lbs, medium set ranging from 8-15lbs, and heavy set ranging from 15-35lbs) but you could start with one set and decide what sizes you want to get from there. We also recommend a resistance band, a bench or chair, a foam roller (36"), and 2-3lb ankle weights are optional. Don't have any equipment? We also offer travel friendly classes that can be done with minimal to no equipment!
Once signed into your account on the website, you can change your password by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner, then select your name from the drop down menu. Scroll down and select Set New Password to update your password.
If you forgot your password and can't get into your account: Click Forgot Password on the Login page, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner, select Purchases & Payments from the drop down menu. Select Change Payment Method to update your billing information.
If you signed up through the website: Sign into your account dashboard here. Click "Manage" under your membership and select "End Membership". Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
If you signed up through the Fit with Coco app: Your subscription will be tied to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) and you need to cancel your subscription directly through the Subscriptions menu on your device. Here are the instructions for how to cancel your subscription via Apple and Google Play.
Yes! Both Chromecast and AirPlay are compatible with the Fit with Coco app.
To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.
To use AirPlay: Open the video on your Apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere you have wifi! While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers. Additionally ensure that your Fit with Coco App is up to date with the latest software version.
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
